These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Changchun, Jilin Province.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
